BRN Offroad was founded by two brothers from Indiana.
We ride. We started riding dirt bikes with our dad when we were kids. We are still riding today.
We wrench. We’re too picky to allow someone else to work on our bikes. We do all the repairs and maintenance on our bikes, from top-end rebuilds to tire changes.
We design stuff. We found ourselves saying “Someone should design a…” too many times. We decided to be that “someone”. We design and manufacture specialty tools and accessories for dirt bikes. Every one of our products made a job easier or solved a problem for us, and we think they will do the same for you.
We are just getting started. We’re operating out of our homes, but we’ll do everything we can to make every one of our customers happy. We’re also doing our part to promote the 3D printing community by offering many designs available for download for free.
Manufacturing with 3D Printing
Our products are manufactured using 3D printing technology. Manufacturing with 3D printers allows us to rapidly develop products and offer them at competitive prices because we don’t have to pay for expensive tooling required for traditional manufacturing methods like injection molding.
3D printed parts are just as functional as parts manufactured with traditional methods. There are some aesthetic differences you will notice. Our parts will have visible layer lines and the surface finish will not be as smooth.
As our products become more popular, it makes sense to explore traditional manufacturing methods. This means some of our products may be injection molded or CNC machined. But, new product introductions will typically be 3D printed. Please contact us if you have questions.
We try to keep stock of all our products on hand so they can be shipped right away. But, if we run out of stock, the lead time could be up to 5 business days while we manufacture the product. Please contact us for details.
